Please go to Education/Holland, Robert on this web site,  to read all of the articles Mr. Holland wrote as an opinion page editor of the Richmond Times-Dispatch in his home state of Virginia.  Mr. Holland could see through the ruse of OBE and wrote weekly columns telling the public what was going on with education in their children's schools.  He stopped some things, but this juggernaut of a scheme just found ways around his and other's objections, and supporters kept implementing the plan. One has to hand it to them for their perseverance and tenacity in getting their way.  Unfortunately it is our kids and our country that are paying the price for this communistic plot. Those who just sat by and watched it happen are the guilty ones.
