State News Commentary:

The US Census Bureau has named the ten cities in Texas with the highest percentage of citizens who hold a bachelor's degree in cities with citizens over 25 years old where there are at least 10,000 people, as well as the ten cities where the lowest percentage of citizens over 25 years old have a bachelor's degree.

Think about these cities and remind yourself what the cities look like and the living standard of the residents there.

Then remember that in Katy ISD  Mayde Creek High School students have a 23% chance of graduating in at least six years from a Texas college or university.  Also note that while Cinco Ranch High School students have a 44% chance of finishing a bachelor's program in 6 years, they aren't nearly up to the standard of the adults NOW living in the Cinco Ranch (their parents)!  So no house like Dad's in their future!
